Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required">

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or resident relations position">
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills">
