Manufacturing Engineer 2

As a Manufacturing Engineer 2 at dataCon, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing processes used to produce cable and harness products. This role requires a creative and proactive individual who can drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis, and systematic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer documentation packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare cost estimates for products, labor, and materials.
- Resolve technical problems encountered during the production process.
Requirements:
- IPC 620 certification.
- At least 6 years of experience in the electronics and/or electro-mechanical field, preferably in contract manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of drawings, parts lists, specifications, and engineering change notices.
