Process Engineering Specialist

Analog Devices is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and releasing new products and processes for complex microwave and millimeter wave electronic modules.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Engineering to develop new procedures and processes that incorporate design for manufacturing's best practices to improve time to market, cost, and quality of the final product.
- Identify and resolve process risks in conjunction with Design and Process Development engineers to de-risk product release schedules.
- Work with Development and Process Sustaining engineers to characterize and monitor new and released processes.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to develop and implement manufacturing plans and schedules for the development pipeline.
- Participate in the yield and technical review committees on new and released products to ensure supply chain continuity, supplier changes, yield, and cost improvement activities.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related technical discipline in the micro-electronics industry.
- Prior experience working in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with statistical data analysis methods and software.
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE), 6-Sigma, Lean manufacturing principles, and FMEA.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, and internal and external partners.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive projects and assist with data-driven decision making in a manufacturing environment.
