Business Development Associate

EmployNV Youth Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with businesses to build sales, company exposure, and service contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
