Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled EP Technician Cardiovascular Tech Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronophysiology and experience with EP and ablation devices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab.
  • Specialize in the care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, and EP devices and ablations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of CCAHEP accredited program.
  • 2 years of Electronophysiology experience with knowledge of EP and Abalation devices, preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS required.
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
