In this role, you will assist in various administrative functions and support the daily activities within our Distribution Center. Collaborating closely with the Distribution Center Manager, you will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of our processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in daily operational tasks within the Distribution Center
  • Provide support with administrative responsibilities
  • Manage documentation and liaise with Delivery Service Providers
  • Proficiently use Word and Excel for various tasks
  • Keep accurate records of delivery routes, dispatch timings, and customer feedback
  • Prepare weekly financial settlements for routes
  • Assist in the unloading and verification of inventory
  • Distribute materials to Delivery Service Providers
  • Carry out warehouse maintenance and cleanliness tasks as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
