**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish and manage procurement goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance their skills and performance.

**Requirements:**
