About the Role:

As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
