Role Summary:


As a Product Assistance Representative on our Vendor Enrollment team, you will collaborate with FIS clients to deliver comprehensive product support.

Your responsibilities will include reaching out to FIS customers to facilitate their enrollment in electronic payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with suppliers via phone to present the FIS Integrated Payables Credit Card and ACH Programs.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve support issues such as address modifications, order processing, warranty claims, or billing and payment concerns.
3. Achieve performance targets including high-volume tele-sales dialing, contact, and conversion metrics.
4. Identify and address objections while guiding the supplier through the enrollment process.
5. Propose and cross-sell merchant services as necessary to fulfill the suppliers' requirements.
6. Conduct supplier analysis and maintain records for lead activity and status updates.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of inbound and/or outbound call center/customer service experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with FIS products is advantageous.
- Experience with SFDC is a plus.
- 3 years of sales experience; tele-sales experience is preferred.
