**Job Summary**
As a valued member of The Grounds Guys team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and design services to our clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning.
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, such as bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers.
- Conduct landscape enhancement activities, including mulch application, plantings, top soil application, and lawn seeding.
- Respond to client inquiries, comments, and concerns, or refer them to the Team Leader as necessary.
- Assist the Team Leader with route and job planning, ensuring sufficient resources and materials are available.
- Perform equipment maintenance and repair under the supervision of the Team Leader.
- Apply chemicals under the direction of a licensed applicator, wearing all required protective equipment.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (or current student status).
- One year of experience in this or a related field is required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform other physical requirements associated with this position.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive pay range of $15.00 to $20.00, dependent on experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
- Benefits, including Qsehra health benefits, 401K plan with company matching, and PTO, after 90 days of employment.
