Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner - Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team at Amcor plc. This role is responsible for developing efficient maintenance schedules, managing parts inventory, and analyzing data to improve equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability
  • Manage parts inventory to meet production demands and reduce waste
  • Analyze data from the Emaint database to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of maintenance plans
  • Review and improve maintenance processes to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical crafts and procedures, including millwright trade, pipefitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, sheet metal, and machinist skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of SAP systems
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
