Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be based out of Cleveland and will be responsible for overseeing all production operations in the facility by working cohesively with members of management and production to ensure daily operations safely, efficiently, and effectively meet or exceed customer requirements.

Deliver Operational Excellence

Deliver operational excellence through optimizing capacities, total cost effectiveness, and value to the customer base. Ensure operation plans achieve targeted cost and efficiency results that maximize value for the business unit.

Optimize Capital Expenditures

Optimize capital expenditures to sustain operations, drive SH&E value, and deliver growth products.

Execute Plans for Quality and Process Excellence

Execute plans for quality and process excellence that ensures consistent quality assurance and process excellence procedures, controls, and feedback.

Ensure Adequate People Development Plans

Ensure adequate people development plans and capable succession plans are in place.

Promote Employee Engagement Initiatives

Promote employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction.

Manage Productivity and Efficiencies

Manage productivity and efficiencies using metrics and continuous improvement protocol.

Oversee Scheduling, Staffing, and Departmental Assignments

Coordinate Maintenance of Equipment
