Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the customer service industry
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
