Location: Wisconsin

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

We are seeking a Senior Control Engineer to enhance our operations within a dynamic Manufacturing firm in Wisconsin. This organization is experiencing significant growth across the nation and is eager to welcome skilled Engineers to contribute to their development. They specialize in creating cutting-edge technology solutions for the Food and Beverage sector globally, with plans to recruit 3 Senior Control Engineers in Wisconsin.

Your role will involve the on-site design and programming of bespoke machinery, leveraging your expertise in Allen Bradley, Siemens, and SCADA systems. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding Junior Control Engineers, supporting their professional growth and development. This position does not require any travel outside the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and program custom machinery on-site.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens S7 PLCs.
  • Mentor Junior Controls Engineers and assist in their development.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PLC Programming (Allen Bradley/Siemens S7).
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SCADA systems such as Ignition, IFIX, and Wonderware.
  • Experience managing full project life cycles.
  • FANUC experience is a plus.
