Job Title: Territory Manager Partner Success

At Price Industries, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager Partner Success to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market-level sales and brand awareness initiatives that target local engineers, contractors, and end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with our channel sales partners and strategically position our solution.
  • Ignite a sense of excitement with our partners and their customers, encouraging adoption, ensuring retention, and increasing satisfaction of our products and brand.
  • Consistently touch base with our partners, escalating important issues where needed.
  • Maintain a high level of communication through internal processes while effectively communicating information back to the internal team, partners, and their customers.
  • Align with internal groups to support strong customer experience and support.
  • Develop strategies and goals for each partner visit and provide a detailed trip report, outlining call results, insights, and action plans.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business reviews and lead monthly sales engagement updates with partners.
  • Plan, organize, and execute, in conjunction with partners and internal team, an event strategy that builds brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and deliver sales presentations effectively using resources available. Participate in sales meetings and trade shows representing the company and presenting products and services.
  • With the support of leadership, strategically support partners, anticipating outcomes in advance and identifying patterns. Supporting the development of new ways to engage with our partners who work closely with customers to ensure success.
Qualifications:
  • 0-5 years of successful sales/marketing or service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, an asset.
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong trust and relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal resources.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, including exemplary communication and planning skills.
  • Comfort with technology and various software platforms is desired - proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the US.
