Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and client services, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with external partners, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and project progress.
- Perform site visits, inspections, and investigations to ensure project quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and communication strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AES, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
