Are you a seasoned construction professional looking to take on a leadership role in healthcare facility builds? We have an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent to join our client's team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to oversee and direct projects from start to finish, working closely with project superintendents to establish operational priorities. You will be responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates. Additionally, you will coordinate with the construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of projects from start to finish
  • Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
  • Problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration
  • Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety protocols

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
  • Strong oral communication and written skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to manage all aspects of multifamily projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability
