Job Description

The successful candidate will lead project management efforts while coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Maintaining a positive office culture
  • Creating and reviewing project schedules
  • Developing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Handling forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensuring safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred
  • Experience leading and assisting on healthcare, K-12, and/or municipal construction projects
  • Good leadership qualities and characteristics
