Job Overview

The Construction Zone is seeking an experienced Construction Management Specialist to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for our K-12 education sector projects.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will be responsible for allocating resources, supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors, and interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
