Job Overview

Falcon Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for various locations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $ 120,000.

Responsibilities and Requirements

This role requires 3-5+ years of experience in retail and restaurant fit-up or similar construction projects.

  • Health and Safety: Implement health and safety project plans and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Site Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that subcontractors are performing as required.
  • Cost Management: Track the total cost of materials purchased and payments for work performed.
  • Licenses and Permits: Collaborate with Government inspectors to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
  • Project Timeline: Monitor the construction process to ensure timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality preservation during construction and maintain budget adherence.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Procore and excellent presentation skills. Self-motivation, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
