About Our Client

Our client is a leading construction firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, specializing in healthcare facility builds. They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.


Job Description
  • The successful candidate will oversee and direct projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • They will direct and supervise work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as work in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
  • Responsibilities include forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates.
  • Problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration is also a key aspect of the role.
  • The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with the construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals.
  • Developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers is crucial for success in this position.
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders is essential.
The Successful Applicant
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Construction as a Superintendent.
  • Strong oral communication and written skills are required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management, or a related field is necessary.
  • Ability to successfully manage all aspects of multifamily projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion is essential.
  • Collaboration with the Superintendent to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked is also required.
