Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gloucester City, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote independence and safety.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
