About the RoleWe are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient mobility, strength, and balance.
- Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Continuously assess and revise patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Flexible scheduling to balance work and life.
- Continued education and training opportunities.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
