BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gloucester City, New Jersey.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric clients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client progress.
  • Developing and implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote client independence.
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to revise care plans and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

Qualifications include:

  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
