Job Summary

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruiting process. The successful candidate will assist in managing the pre-onboarding process, support communication across departments, and help ensure that all new hires have the resources they need to succeed from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Support the recruitment process, including strategy meetings, sourcing, and candidate screening.
  • Develop talent intelligence labor market analytics reports.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines in the candidate relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Work with the branding team to ensure all talent acquisition platforms are aligned with the business integration plans.
  • Help develop sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Assist with the organization and management of candidate pipelines.
  • Support the recruitment team in meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Results-oriented, operational mindset with passion in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and great communicator.
