Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Southwire is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to provide excellent customer service and recruiting to assigned Southwire locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers to candidates.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified position.
  • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates, including posting job ads on the company's website and social media channels.
  • Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications, and arrange interviews and travel for applicants as needed.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Liaise between the candidate and the company during and throughout the interview process.
  • Manage and update systems for all assigned open requisitions.
  • Evaluate process improvement efforts to increase customer service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to recruit both active and passive candidates
