We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth and excellence at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Frontline Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving defined sales targets, developing and leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Florida Real Estate license or ability to obtain one
