Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Ambar Inc. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Reservation Management: Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently, utilizing our reservation systems and technology.
  • Seating and Guest Management: Escort guests to their tables, manage seating arrangements, and keep track of waiting guests to ensure timely seating.
  • Menu Knowledge and Guidance: Provide information about our offerings and specials, ensuring guests make informed decisions.
  • Customer Interaction and Support: Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Thrive under pressure, enjoy interacting with guests, and work well with servers, bussers, and other staff to create a seamless experience.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift, with frequent hand washing and maintenance of personal hygiene.
