Culinary Services Professional

At Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our culinary services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious and appetizing meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review menus and production records to ensure accurate preparation of meals.
  • Prepare meals according to company menus and recipes, as well as physician orders.
  • Adhere to all food-related safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Supervise preparation of serving carts and ensure food and supplies are available for meals.
  • Prepare and serve food attractively and punctually.
  • Complete leftover logs and clean kitchen areas according to schedule.
  • Resolve resident food complaints and supervise culinary services staff as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to community infection control policies and use hazardous materials according to procedure.
  • Attend training and meetings as requested and understand emergency plans.

Requirements:
