About the Role

This position involves evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments within the scope of your practice as a registered nurse. You will also assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform patient tests, and administer medications safely and effectively.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks efficiently. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure our nurses excel in their roles and continue to grow professionally.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or NLN-approved program.
  • Current Texas State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications may be required depending on specialty.
  • Prior experience in acute care settings preferred; letter of recommendation for applicants with less than one year of experience.

Laredo Medical Center provides a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be between $76,500 and $104,400 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
