Community Health System is currently seeking a Medical Professional to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Service Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to evaluate assigned patients, plan and implement nursing care, and document patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and document nursing care according to established standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Teach patients and families about disease management, medication, and self-care skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Licensed as a R.N. by the Texas State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners
  • BLS (or obtained during orientation)
  • ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty
  • Prior experience in acute care setting preferred
