Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and services
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving change and influencing key stakeholders in a global and matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate options and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS certification
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and material replenishment and flow
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data management
