  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
  • Proficiency in project management and estimating for large, complex commercial roofing projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create forecasts based on financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proven ability to expand market share and strong networking skills.
