  • Core Responsibilities of the Superintendent Family:
  • Champions the company's safety culture and fosters an injury-free workplace through proactive actions and mentorship.
  • Oversees subcontractors and coordinates the overall organization of job workflows.
  • Manages company personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs related to Safety, Quality, and EEOC for projects.
  • Creates work plans for subcontractors and self-performed tasks.
  • Coordinates and manages the project site’s care, custody, and control.

General Superintendent Duties: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position will include:

  • Management of significant stand-alone and/or multiple intricate projects from initiation to completion.
  • Providing oversight and management for various projects and project teams.
  • Engagement in company and regional strategic initiatives.
  • Contributing to the creation of company training materials and the selection of subject matter experts.
  • Effectively delivering leadership communications to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Required skills include precision, punctuality, advanced communication abilities, effective presentation skills, and proficiency in various software and construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project processes, relationship building, budget oversight, organizational structures, and the impact of document changes is essential, along with various construction-related competencies.
  • Preferred experience includes field supervision, managing M+ Aviation projects, and implementing Lean principles.
