Project Manager

Burns & McDonnell is a leading aviation consulting firm that plans, designs, and builds projects for clients around the world. With experience working at over 350 airports in the United States and globally, we have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of design disciplines and construction teams on projects of varying sizes, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members on deliverables, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Direct coordination with clients and external partners.
  • May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years related experience, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
  • Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.
