Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site field administration and supervision for all construction operations.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of assistants, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects, meeting or exceeding profit goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and promote a culture of safety.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and designers to secure repeat work and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a Field Engineer/Assistant Superintendent.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with successful outcomes.
  • Experience working in hospitals or medical offices is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification is preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in a variety of physical positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, walking, and driving.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, rainfall, and varying starting and stopping times.
