Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive office support services utilizing advanced office technology for various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Administrative Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing all typing and documentation services.
  • Conducting complex clerical tasks with precision.
  • Drafting memos, correspondence, forms, reports, and charts.
  • Preparing and maintaining various records and reports.
  • Organizing and managing records and files efficiently.
  • Receiving, reviewing, and directing incoming communications.
  • Composing routine letters and reports with minimal guidance.
  • Managing phone communications and relaying messages.
  • Operating a variety of office service equipment.
  • Utilizing office automation tools to create, edit, and deliver documents while adhering to established quality and time standards.
  • Performing secretarial duties as assigned.
  • Overseeing and assisting in the training of other administrative staff as needed.
  • Providing shorthand services when necessary.
  • Executing field services as required.
  • Carrying out additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Successful completion of relevant clerical assessments and typing evaluations.
  • Proven ability to perform a variety of detailed tasks accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with company procedures, routines, and policies.
  • General understanding of standard administrative practices and procedures.
  • Completion of entry-level training programs.
  • Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and instruct peers and junior staff.
