Job Overview:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Project Leadership Specialist to support the Strategy and Integration 787 Fulfillment Team based out of Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver projects that meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing project data to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project objectives.
  • Analyze project data to inform decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders and a strong understanding of project management industry standards.

Location:

This position is based out of Charleston, South Carolina, and requires 100% onsite work. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options and be required, at times, to work an alternate shift to support project and business goals.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $87,550 - $92,250 (Experienced) or $107,950 - $116,300 (Senior), based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
