Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to support the Strategy and Integration 787 Fulfillment Team based out of Charleston, South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a history of documented successes as a project manager and will take on additional responsibilities within the team required to run the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
  • Perform studies, analysis, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints.
  • Create schedule, reports, metrics, and communicate updates regularly throughout the lifecycle of the program or project.
  • Improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
  • Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Summary Pay Range:

Experienced: $87,550 - $92,250

Senior: $107,950 - $116,300
