Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing assessments to monitor progress.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
