Position Summary:

The Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in supporting the daily functions of our warehouse under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently load and unload company tool trailers, ensuring proper inventory placement.
  • Deliver fuel to various job sites using the designated fuel truck.
  • Conduct minor routine maintenance on hand and power tools.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks in the warehouse, including changing lightbulbs and maintaining cleanliness and organization, as well as snow removal and lawn care.
  • Operate various equipment, including skid loaders and forklifts, as assigned.
  • Participate in quarterly inspections and tagging of tools.
  • Transport tools, vehicles, and equipment to designated locations.
  • May undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred:

  • Possession of a current Class A CDL.
  • Basic mechanical skills, including experience with small engines.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Employees may encounter fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and loud noises in compliance with OSHA standards. Duties are often performed in close proximity to others and may involve outdoor work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. Candidates must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, walk moderate to long distances on varying surfaces, and perform tasks requiring climbing, crawling, crouching, reaching, gripping, pushing, and pulling. Adequate communication, auditory, and visual capabilities are necessary to ensure safety.
