Position Overview:

This role is integral to our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations, focusing on enhancing productivity, optimizing efficiencies, minimizing costs, and managing company data through thorough analysis and established metrics. The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless Supply Chain operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process project expenditure requests as Purchase Requisitions, ensuring compliance with established system parameters and SCM policies, leading to the creation of Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor performance against active Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with project schedules and oversee order completion.
  • Support Project Controls and Accounting teams in identifying and rectifying invoice discrepancies associated with open purchase orders.
  • Organize and maintain contracts and other SCM-related documentation on designated company platforms.
  • Facilitate the vendor onboarding process for new suppliers as directed by the respective business units.
  • Implement, track, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance SCM effectiveness for both the business and vendor partners.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret SCM data to identify gaps and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements within the ERP system to boost productivity while ensuring system availability and functionality.
  • Engage in additional SCM projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating active listening and comprehension, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing time effectively, multitasking, and maintaining an organized workflow.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment and valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Cognitive abilities essential for task completion, including learning, memory, focus, categorization, and information integration for decision-making and problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in supply chain management, business management, or related fields, along with 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, construction, or engineering environments.
