- Identify opportunities and generate leads with accounts.
- Develop and execute smart concepts to build efficient sales processes together with our product management and field support team.
- Represent our company at scientific conferences and trade fairs.
- University degree in life sciences, biology, or similar field; or Business Administration with relevant experience in life sciences.
- Experience as Account Manager, Regional Territory Manager, Sales Specialist, or Field Application Scientist for laboratory equipment in life sciences or related field.
- Technical expertise with lab devices or tech-savvy personality with a hands-on mentality.
- Exemplary communication and confident negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation, good planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMs.
- A dynamic and international company with a flat organizational structure.
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.

- $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and generate leads with accounts.
