Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services and support for residents, including organizing community meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including local organizations and government agencies.
  • Provide education and outreach to the general public regarding Lucy's Hearth's policies and services.
  • Manage outcomes and solicit feedback from clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Take initiative and use sound judgment to address complex issues and make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Two years of relevant experience coordinating services.
  • High school diploma required, college education preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, computer, and customer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize self and others, work independently, and take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel to and from community locations and office site, which may include using walkways, stairs, and/or elevators.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and community partners.
