Logistics Analyst Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role that utilizes your analytical skills and collaborative abilities? We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our team in supporting the US Navy's defense mission.

Serco supports the US Navy as a prime contractor, working closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver vital services. Our team plays a key part in the US Navy's Ashore/Afloat activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement data file management systems to ensure security and accessibility of critical records and information.
  • Oversee the implementation of various policies that support the data file management system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Organize and archive records for easy retrieval, ensuring that all files are accurately and routinely updated, securely stored, and easily retrievable when needed.
  • Teach the proper handling of records according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collect and manage information from different public and private entities to support data file management.
  • Recommend storage requirements and different media formats for datafiles and important information.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Active Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Associates degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in data entry and datafile management
  • Ability to quickly learn new functional skills with good time management
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft TEAMS/Microsoft Office products
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with good problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
