Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pratt & Whitney in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment. You will also conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft and engines
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
- Manage technical products, services logistics, and provisioning
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A&P License required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
- A&P Technician experience
- Shop/Bench refurbishment experience
- Experience with engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs, and return to service
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,000 - $83,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
