Documentation Specialist

As a Documentation Specialist at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process and ensuring the smooth execution of agreements. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with sales personnel, internal departments, legal counsel, and external customers regarding the terms and conditions of Canon Solutions America Agreements.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Interact with sales personnel, legal counsel, and outside customers to discuss terms and conditions of Canon Solutions America Agreements.
• Manage document requests from the sales force, ensuring timely completion and review of all documents for business-related risk.
• Review and analyze Customer Purchase Orders and Customer Contracts to ensure compliance with Canon Solutions America agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales force to explain company positions and negotiate contract terms.
• Draft document addendums to contracts and Canon Solutions America agreements based on guidelines and legal counsel input.
• Facilitate calls with internal and external customers for contract negotiations.
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in sales process management and contract review. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with 3-5 years of related experience.
