Job Overview:
Aquent is seeking a skilled Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics to lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing strategies across multiple LOBs. This role is an integral part of the Data and Analytics team, supporting the company's fast-growing lending and deposits product suite.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop analytics frameworks to create reporting and establish KPIs to achieve business goals
  • Lead the forecasting process for deposits and establish benchmarks
  • Cross-functional partner collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Communicate strategic insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field (MIS, Comp Science, Data Analytics) or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in product, marketing, finance; evaluating complex business problems, data analysis, and devising recommendations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Banking industry strongly preferred
  • Experience building expansive product performance workbooks and establishing key KPIs and benchmarks
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
