As a leading International Construction Company, Trandon Associates, Inc seeks a talented Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis efforts, including internal and external reporting duties.
  • Perform financial forecasting and financial statement analysis.
  • Create comprehensive corporate accounting policies.
  • Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
  • Manage external auditors and other consultants.
  • Assist in the coordination of annual audit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
