Job Title: Referral Specialist

Job Summary:

The Referral Specialist is an integral part of a team that processes referrals of children to the Early Intervention Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing referrals received by phone, fax, or online, entering them into case management systems, ensuring the accuracy of information, and creating electronic child files.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process referrals and enter them into EI Systems
- Answer technical inquiries regarding the Early Intervention Program
- File materials and retrieve filed information
- Exhibit professional conduct with internal staff and the public
- Follow procedures, policies, and systems in the office
- Perform special projects as assigned
